UK Country Marketing Manager


Our client, an international online gaming giant with multiple highly regarded brands under their umbrella are recruiting for a UK Country Marketing Manager.  This is a senior marketing role based in Gibraltar, reporting directly to the Marketing Director.


Your Mission

You will advise the UK Online Management Team on the marketing strategy for various brands including branding and messaging, customer acquisition, retention and yield strategies for the UK market, working with support from  the central functions such as Performance Marketing, Customer Retention, VIP Operations and Central Marketing operations.


The CMM will be day to day responsible for the P&L performances of each brand ensuring targets and deliverables are achieved to agreed plans.   Also provide advice to UK Online Management Team on the product offered to customers including customer experience, features and functions for the UK platform.  You will provide input into the product prioritisation process, reviewing and advising on product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and solution/technical improvements.


What You’ll Do


  • Day to Day P&L responsibility for brands in the UK, Working closely with a cross-functional teams, including performance marketing, finance and product teams to deliver great customer experiences
  • Drive the tactical marketing campaigns for the market, including development of an optimal channel and communication strategy
  • Propose and monitor KPI’s for marketing strategies to optimise ROI%
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge on market, competition, product, compliance and regulatory matters pertaining to the UK marketplace
  • Analyse and feedback advice to management on unique needs of the business in the territory, highlighting possible areas for development and opportunities


What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience in a senior online marketing role, ideally in the iGaming industry or a large ecommerce brand
  • Significant experience of planning, buying and optimisation of online and offline media to consistently deliver performance and customer KPIs
  • Marketing creativity supported by strong analytical understanding
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-faceted relationships, with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills combined with strong attention to detail
  • A self-starter who is able to work independently and navigate across a global organisation
