What will you be doing?
- Varied Reception Administration duties covering all areas within the department
- Assistance with HR Administration
- Assistance to the Facilities Manager
What will you bring?
- Strong Administration experience, with reception experience being a considerable advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
- Native / fluent level English and fluent / advanced Spanish
