Job Description


Our client, a leader in Gibraltar’s exciting online gaming industry is seeking a ‘Head of Project Management Office (PMO)’ to join their every-expanding team to help lead, mentor and manage other members of the project management department


As a PMO you would be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and implementing improvements to the company’s project management processes
  • Undertaking a range of project management planning tasks, including setting deadlines, prioritising tasks, and allocating the right employees to specific projects
  • Working closely with other department leaders to define, prioritise and develop projects
  • Acting as a trusted strategic advisor whilst working alongside business leaders and prioritising projects
  • Leading, coaching and mentoring other members of the project management team
  • Creating and maintaining clear records of the projects scope, budget, and justification
  • Drafting new project management office policies and processes and work towards improving existing ones


To strive in this role you would have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in successfully managing Project Management teams
  • One or more of the following project management certifications – PMP, Agile Prince2 or similar)
  • The skills needed to lead, mentor and motivate project management teams
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, key risks, operational and financial controls in technology, financial services or online gaming
  • A solid understanding of computer systems audit work
