Our client, an innovative Gibraltar based company with a fantastic working culture, are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for UK, Ireland & Canada.

This role’s primary responsibility is managing the following platforms: Website, mobile and app, for the following market territories: UK, IE, com/en, com/ca. The role’s secondary responsibilities include the contact strategy, message content and customer insight gathering for outbound communications via the mobile, app and website.

 

This exciting Site Manager for UK, Ireland & Canada role will see the successful candidate take on challenges and responsibilities such as:

  • Manage and localise domains and App offers, content & promotional messaging
  • Work with the country managers to ensure competitive pricing to find the right balance between competitiveness and profitability
  • Ensure all content, offers and creatives are accurate and engaging to drive sales and player engagement
  • Effective management and pro-active updates of creative, content and promotional messaging
  • Implementation of propositions and positioning creatives and site adjustments aligned to the strategy
  • Site asset implementation and quality checks of assets, including stage, site banners and content-blocks. Undertake swift resolution where issues are spotted
  • Visibility of product roadmap: new features and lotteries
  • Support new website launches. For example, Canada
  • Incident management resolution when assigned a ticket — 24 hours’ turnaround
  • Responsible for day-to-day site updates / bug fixes
  • Launches and campaigns
  • Liaise with CRM ops and site ops for implementation of site assets
  • Driving & contributing to the customer lifecycle working with the CRM team
  • Working with Marketing team to understand performance measurement and improve where possible
  • Working with the CRM team to ensure site assets match that the marketing communications
  • Ensure compliant site and if any issues found these are reported within the same day to Legal & UKMD, & CCO
  • Address with Compliance with Central teams any knowledge gaps or non-compliance incidents – target retrain within 1 week
