Job Description

Our client is building a new exciting social gaming experience around jackpots for the North American market with a worldwide expansion in the future.

 

The client’s mission is to provide the opportunity to win a life-changing jackpot at any time online. The client expands the available game offering in every market with an aggressive innovative approach.

 

This is an exciting early opportunity to join a fast-growing team with future career options while the company is growing. The client is looking for ambitious and talented people who want to build the next big social gaming operator and have an influence on setting up a new business.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Building the company’s operations function from scratch according to our values.
  • Hands-on approach to achieve product launch by end of this year.
  • Dealing with Payment providers (WorldPay & Skrill) and designing relevant payment processes.
  • Setting up Customer Support function.
  • Setting up strong CRM (mails push, promotions) systems.

 

Experience required

 

  • Have solid project management skills and a dynamic and confident approach, which allows you to easily manage operational business on a daily basis.
  • Are willing to go the extra mile and are driven by a high performance attitude.
  • Work independently to produce high quality work and show an excellent work ethic.
  • Are passionate about working in a startup environment, in particular creating and managing high growth Internet businesses.
  • Gaming experience in either social, casino or lottery area.
  • Experience in setting up or leading high performing teams.
  • Strong in setting and managing goals.
