What will you be doing?
- Handling customer inquiries via e-mail, telephone and live chat
- Take ownership of issues and ensure appropriate action is taken to ensure customer needs are met
- Escalate system and site issues faced by customers to the relevant departments
What will you bring?
- Excellent English language skills, great interpersonal and communication skills , as well as the ability to work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of online gaming and payment processing options
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
